SHIFT SUMMARY: Sheila and I went into the LVEA at the beginning of the shift. She installed a cable for the bullseye detector and we took a transfer function of the IMC. It is not clear what the problem was with locking the X arm on IR that Cheryl and Sheila were diagnosing, but we were able to lock on NLN nonetheless. I did a sweep of the LVEA, unplugged two unused extension cords and set the PSL make up air to 20%. I used diag to clear some testpoints that were left when Robert's measurement crashed. I changed the PLL set frequency for mode 26 from 210 to 209.5 while damping it. There have been no issues since.
