Valve stem pointer at its nominal indication and not consistent with the current PID output - most likely a blown fuse in the rack.  Even though Chandra R. and I had stroked the valve between 100% and 0% at the end of the day yesterday and visually confirmed it did stroke, the fuse is still the likely candidate here -> probably a 1 amp when it should be a 2 amp.  I conferred with the operator (Jeff B.) and Keita K. and we agreed to wait until a lock loss or 2 pm. local time whichever occurs first at which point Chandra or I will enter the LVEA and investigate/fix.
