Replaced CP8 fuses to fix LLCV actuator after discovering actuator not responding to manual stroke.

No fuse LED indicator lights were lit at vacuum rack in EX VEA, so I needed to use cell phone while laser locked (sorry!) to text Kyle for wiring diagram locations. I replaced both fuses. Old fuses test good. Guessing that during actuator modification on Tuesday when fuses were pulled and plugged back in there was a bad connection.
