SHIFT SUMMARY:

• lost lock at the beginning of the shift due to commissioning
• I had to do an Initial Alignment
• I had to accept an exterordinary number of small differences in SDF, like 1e-17 differences, probably 10 total
• after H1 was in Observe, PI mode 28 rang up, damped with phase change, PI mode 27 also needed a phase change to settle down below 1
• useism is climbing
