   Wind and seismic activity has been rising since mid-shift. Several gusts near 40 (at least one over). Primary microseism in X & Y is around 0.09um/s and secondary microseism in Z is up to 2.0um/s. Lost lock just after big wind gust (over 40), PI-Modes 23 & 27 ringing up, and microseism high. Shortly after the lock loss, the PSL went down with a Flow1 error. Peter is coming in to reset the PSL.
