Box Humidity is elevated since the incursion/flow meter changes done on Tuesday's maintenance. This also shows correlation with Laser Room and Ante Room RH levels (slightly lower) . Inversely, the PMC temp output has marginally decreased. Headflows 1&4 look to be lower and approx equal while #2 is marginally lower. Inversely #3 is showing somewhat of a slight increase. Osc Power Meter flow  shows a downward trend from prior to the maintenance incursion.
