Bounce Mode Damping
- ITMX, added FM7, -30deg phase, accepted in SDF and changed in guardian (DARM_WFS guardian stage), ISC_lock reloaded
- ETMX, added FM1, +60deg phase, accepted in SDF, not tested on relocking, not in guardian
- ITMY, added FM7, -30deg phase, accepted in SDF, not tested on relocking, not in guardian
- bounce mode frequencies from alog 27714, shown in table below, and in attached plot of this lock (red) vs the lock 20 hours ago (magenta), peaks for ETMX and ITMY reduced
- on relocking, SDF will show changes
