ITMX HWS had duplicate channels for a while today

during the HWS image grabber card swap this morning, a duplicate of the ITMX EPICS IOC was running on the h1hwsmsr1 machine. The DAQ EDCU incorrectly connected to the duplicate and had bad data between the times 19:45 and 22:56 UTC. I powered h1hwsmsr1 down and the EDCU reconnected to the correct channels sometime later.
