The DAQ broadcaster was restarted after 7 additional slow channels were added (H1:OMC-BLRMS_32_BAND{1,7}_RMS_OUTMON)

Once again we noticed that after the broadcaster restart, a portion of the seismic fom data went missing (see attached). This was also observed last Tuesday.
