SHIFT SUMMARY: X arm is locked on IR. ALS is shuttered. ITMX optical lever damping is off. Travis said they would turn ITMX optical lever off. Input power is at 19.6 W. PCAL team is taking images of ITMX with this configuration. We are riding through the tail end of a 5.5 magnitude earthquake in Alaska.
