LHO calibration pipeline restarted with gstlal-calibration-1.1.4-v2

Due to the bug found in gstlal-calibration-1.1.5, the DMT machines have been reverted to version 1.1.4. Primary and redundant pipelines, as well as the DMTDQ processes, were restarted at 1177181448. Output looks normal so far.

Aggregation of calibration hoft has been restarted on DCS, with these channels removed,
