Ops Owl Summary:
- changed IM alignment
- initial alignment
- some issues with FSS going into oscillation, multiple time
- relocked H1
- couldn't run a2l, gave errors
- more SDF changes accepted, mostly small Xe-14 differences
- IM changes not quite as advantageous as yesterdays, gave TJ numbers to revert at lock loss
- also couldn't get timemachine to work - didn't open a new window
