Measured the NPRO output power using a Gentec Pronto-250 (S/N 233415) power meter.
After the conglomerate of optics after the NPRO but before the phase correcting EOM
the power was measured to be 1.36W.  Going into the power amplifier, 0.90W.  The
output of the monitoring photodiode at this time was 0.708V.  This is the number
reported by the laser MEDM screen.
