HAM11's annulus ion pump (AIP) went railed high recently.  Both the pump and the controller are new and have low hours.  I hooked up a pump cart and banged on the pump with me knuckles  to break up any "whiskers" that may have grown to the point of shorting between the electrodes.  It seems to have now recovered.
