My bad!  I had neglected to remove this ladder from having used it to access IP3 and IP4 following the recovery of the ITMx incursion a few weeks ago.  It was also in contact with the "Thermos" cooler (laser enclosure?) located at the base of the "giraffe" pier on the South side of the OMC tube near HAM4.
