After Bubba has changed the HVAC error signal at the X end to be only one sensor -- and the sensor that's closest to the chamber and PCAL systems -- it looks like the temperature is more stable. It's to early to tell, but signs are pointing to the systematic errors in PCALX's reported displacement also seem to have reduced in amplitude.
