Jim just called me reporting corner station timing errors. I ran remote MEDMs and saw that the MSR comparator was showing a continuous out-of-nominal error for the fourth channel (Symmetricom GPS) and the Timing Master was intermittently reporting "GPS Not Locked" errors. As I was watching, the comparator channel became nominal, but the master became stuck in the not-locked state. Several minutes later the master corrected itself and the timing system has been continuously GREEN since. There was an alog early in the week about a transient timing error, I'm investigating if this is a re-occurence of the same error.

The front ends did not see any timing issues, the master's oven controlled crystal oscillator (OCXO) remained locked at all times.
