green alingment references reset
We haven't reset our green initial alignment reference is a while, so on the way back from maintainence I took some time to do this today. There are three useful scripts in userapps/als/h1/scripts
Procedure:
- unshutter the green beams at DC readout
- set_green_references_LazyScript.py sets up an medm screen with QPD offset sliders and StripTools for you, you can open the shutters and make sure the cavities are locked using these.
- ./setEndGreenQPDOffsts_XARM.py and YARM.py are scipts Kiwamu wrote that servo the QPD offsets to zero the WFS signals.
- After running these scripts until the QPD offsets have stabilized and the WFS signals gone to zero, take an average of the ITM green camera centroids and reset the camera offsets.

I have commented out the ALS CAMERA check from diag main, because we have to update them everytime we update the initial alignment references, and as far as I can tell all this check is doing is checking that the settings haven't changed, which is the purpose of SDF. I think that the problem which inspired this test was a bad safe.snap being restored.
