Progress on the leak testing of the Vertex has been hampered due to the prevalence of "very" loose bolts on 80% of the flanges on the GNB provided MC spools.  After finding that 12 of the first 15 flanges tested were leaking badly I ceased spraying any additional helium and, instead, torqued the bolts on the flanges which were leaking.  This was very time consuming and was not "on the schedule" but did manage to demonstrate that the majority of leaking flanges could be made leak tight by doing this. 

I will propose that all of the GNB joints (leaking and not yet leaking) be torqued on Monday (Apollo help?) before continuing on with the helium leak testing.
