Move the ESD electronics (HV and LN drivers) from rack power to temporary power supplies for noise investigations. Setup is same as EY. Electronics at both end stations will be left in this configuration for a week.

During this work, we powered down the temporary power supply for the CPS fanout chassis. This was to disconnect a power strip connected to another power strip. In doing so, we tripped the ISI.
