  The lockloss at 03:01UTC was probably due to a tripped OMC PZT HV power supply. With Sheila and Richard's assistance, reset the power supply. Had to reselect the READY_FOR_HANDOFF state in the OMC Guardian to get the OMC to relock. Once the OMC relocked there were no further troubles getting the IFO to relock and back into Observing.
