STATE of H1: Observing at 64Mpc
INCOMING OPERATOR: Corey
SHIFT SUMMARY:  locked all shift, two exits from Observe, one for the glitching, and one channel that triggered SDF and did turn a gain to 0 and then back to 1

• alog about glitching
• alog about the channel that changed and caused SDF to kick H1 out of Observe
• around 2:00UTC, I went up on the roof to check on the fires, and only see smoke over the hill, checked with Hanford Patrol and they said 240 was open (opened around 6PM)
