QUICK SUMMARY:
TJ handed off what he had. He mentioned issues bringing back the BS ISI, but before he left he was able to get it back to a nominal state. We brought this up with Jim and he mentioned this could be either a real seismic jolt saturating the CPS or an electronics saturation (both of which could give symptoms similar to what TJ saw). Working on bringing H1 back up. And then back to damping violin modes....
Had another BS ISI Watchdog trip. Jim confirmed it was the CPS seeing a glitch. He's going out to power cycle the satellite rack at the chamber.
