STATE of H1: Observing at 0Mpc
INCOMING OPERATOR: Jeff
SHIFT SUMMARY:  recovery from 5.8M EQ continues, with some interesting results
LOG:

• shift was focused on alignment and then locking
• Sheila aligned
• I measured beam spots on the IMC
• locking went well, however the fast shutter issues prevented full lock at high power
• I was able to open and close the shutter and recreate the issue (appears to be part way closed)
• H1 currently locked in DRMI, and guardian is set for Down
• rebooted nuc5 after the seismic plot crashed (by disappearing)
