Ops Owl Mid-Shift Update:
- State of H1: locked in Observe at 52Mpc
- State of the Site:
- wind is less than 10mph
- two distant EQs shook the ground for the last two hours and H1 stayed locked
- struggling with computer issues, thus the free form alog entry
