Weather: Wind is calm. Smoke fill air continues to dominate. Particle counts outside the OSB are in the 10s of millions of particles per CF at 0.3um and 1 to 2 million particles per CF at 0.5um. Inside particle counts are elevated, but one to two orders of magnitude lower than outside. Temperatures remain in the upper 90s to lower 100s.     

Primary 0.03 – 0.1Hz: At 0.009um/s

Secondary 0.1 – 0.3Hz: Below 0.03um/s

Quick Summary: IFO has been locked and Observing for past 18 hours; eight of these as triple coincident. No problems or issues to report at this time. Will be starting PEM injections and commissioning work at 16:45 (09:45PT) until 21:00 (14:00).
