Since the cleanroom is running for the TMDS exercise today, I have lowered the chilled air supply temperature by setting it to manual control with a 60F setpoint. We'll monitor this and restore it to Auto once the cleanroom is off. The supply temperature was 61.1 F at the time I switched to manual.
