Reprogamming CNS-II GPS clocks at end stations

We have reprogrammed the EX CNS-II GPS receiver 'Position Fix' setting from "3DFix" to "PositionHold". After 30 minutes it is still not consistently tracking satellites (number of tracked satellites oscillates between 0 and 1).

Occasionally, we also get a PPS error from the atomic clock that has drifted towards the edge of its monitor window. I adjusted the nominal to 1.5µs from 1µs.
