WP7162 Daniel, Marc and Dave

I added a fourth ADC to h1lsc0 IO Chassis, using the ADC-ribbon-interface unit which was removed from h1asc0 last Friday. I modified the model h1ioplsc0 to read the new ADC card. To maintain a contiguous bloc of ADC cards in the IO Chassis, internal ribbon reconfiguration was needed for ADC1,2,3 (ADC0 and DAC0 were unaffected).

I powered down the h1asc0 system, Daniel and Marc needed to move the IO Chassis within the ISC rack.

There were no Dolphin issues when I power the front ends back on. There was a slight negative excursion for h1iopasc0's IRIG-B which soon corrected itself.

A DAQ restart was needed due to the h1ioplsc0 model change.
