Attached is the diagnostic breadboard relative power noise measurement of the front end.  Generally
speaking the relative power noise is higher, across the board, than the reference trace by a factor
of ~1.5 to ~2.

    Tried to perform a frequency noise measurement but could not lock the diagnostic breadboard's
pre-modecleaner.  Not sure why at this stage as there appears to be plenty of light on the transmitted
light photodiode.
