TCS Laser guardian set to DOWNj
I've set Guardian to DOWN for the two TCS lasers. They can now be keyed off at the controller, and the tables can now be moved out of position for the TMDS install work.

I keyed off the TCSX laser in order to investigate potential FLIR SDK communication to thermal imaging camera.
