• improved flashing of the IMC
• HWP installed before the Faraday to check both the main beam and the forward rejected beam from CW1
• beam going through the FR centered
• beam aligned to PRM
• PRM aligned to send REFL to HAM1 and to send the misaligned REFL to the roof beam dump
• with a well flashing IMC, the bypass is not necessary to see the beam after the PRM, bypass not installed
• by eye the beam after the PRM was going over the position where the iris markers are installed
• ROM RH2, which steers IM1 trans (which is IMC Trans) to IOT2L was realigned and repositioned today

TO DO:

• torque bolts on IM3 and check alignment
• install PRM and PR2 irises and check the beam
• swap out optics that sent the beam to the old IOT2R and swap a BS in the ISS path
• check the ISS
• B&K hammer the IMs and the REFL periscopes
