• beam is aligned to PR2
• REFL beam is aligned going into HAM1
• PRM sliders are at pitch = -150, yaw = 100, so close to the 0,0 alignment
• at the meeting I saw that the PSL temperature was high
• this is now being corrected
• not sure when the PSL temperature / PSL beam will stabilize
• IO work to continue after
• some mechanical relief of IM alignment drives will be needed
• aux. QPD signals still to align
