With a couple small changes on the payload (CC wafer mount, ???) had to remove 150g for best balance.  The ISI remains UNLOCKED.  I have left it DAMPED with the ISI Guardian and the Chamber Manager PAUSED.  It does isolate.  I updated the Z, RX, & RY Targets to 47000, 89000, & -48000nm(rad.)  The Z target will be changed to 27000 once under vacuum.  I have updated the SDF safe and OBSERVE snap files.
