This morning, Brijesh, Siddhesh, and Uma (sp?) joined Travis and I to apply First Contact to the BS HR and AR surfaces.  We painted these layers on (not the previously spec'ed spray application) as per suggestion by SYS/COC.  We will pull these layers closer to the chamber closeout.
