In prep for final in-air characterization of the OFI after alignment to the IFO and restoration of the eddy current damping magnets (a.k.a. "blunting" magnets), I've reverted the OM1 infrastructure -- the electronics readout, four-OSEM cable system temporarily covering all of the OMs, ZMs and the OFI -- to the previously commissioned OFI configuration. I reverted to the original values measured for the open light current ("voltage", OLV) in LHO aLOG 38994. The OSEM2EUL and EUL2OSEM matrices were re-installed using Matlab scripts described in LHO aLOG 39033.

Note, for future reference, the ZM2 open light current values were taken from LHO aLOG 39573.
