Today I locked out-tagged out GV4 in closed position (next to biergarten in LVEA) in preparation for testing fitting shroud assembly which requires removing power cables from motor & encoder  and thus temporarily killing power to valve. Ken can help with electrical. Mark can help with rigging and assembly. Need to operate west crane.
