This afternoon Ken disconnected the wiring from GV4 motor and encoder which caused the valve to show a yellow state on MEDM. The electrical disconnect on side of valve was already turned OFF and locked - Ken verified no current and I officially LOTO. Mark and I pre-assembled shroud and hope to test fit tomorrow morning on GV4 before crane use at HAM 4. Ken took notes on wiring configuration and will need to come back to re-wire.

GV4 annulus pressure spiked during this activity, likely from being bumped. We are reminded to use extreme caution around this system.
