To complete the transition of the ISI Cartesian bias setting scripts from Perl to Python, today I edited all the MEDM files which call these scripts. In all cases the scripts are called indirectly via an xterm running a wrapper bash script. I changed the dimensions, font and colors of the xterm to make it more readable. Again I used ISI ITMY ST1 as my test system, returning the settings after I had finished.
