We have been observing was seems to be flow restrictions in purge air so today as means of trouble shooting we replaced filters at the skid. Three of the four filters were replaced (could not replace the third one because its threads seem to be galled, but it visually looks ok and has been replaced in the past). The first filter had burn marks. The second filter was heavily loaded with rust dust. The fourth filter looked ok.

We disconnected all seven purge air points of use in LVEA  to flush system with new filters. After several minutes we measured zero particle counts and -28degC dew point.
