IO camera changes
- MC3 camera is looking at the MC1 baffle aperture
- MC2 camera is zoomed in to the MC2 Z baffle aperture
- PRM camera is supposed to be looking at MC3 baffle aperture, but shows no light, will revisit
- PR2 camera is supposed to be looking at PR2, but is now on HAM2 East door, and it's cable didn't reach, so it's pulgged into one of the IOT2R cables, not connected
- HAM3 West door video camera changed viewports
- BSC illuminator is off, unplugged
- all cameras are focused on the IR light, not visible
- all viewports are covered
