The 50:50 BS (BS9) on the paths combining the Sqz laser and the PSL has been changed to an 8:92.

The 8:92 (BS5) on the path seperating the LO from the PSL has been changed to a 50:50 (we may have to increase the LO power but there is plenty of optical power to play with as 200mW is dumped early in the optical path).

We now have .3mW from the PSL and .7 mW from the Sqz laser incident on the beat-note detector, which is double what we had before.
