Cleaning up As Air Pds

As part of the squeezer installation we lost all of our AS AIR LSC PDs. The ASC AS_A_RF45 SUM signals are now used to generate corresponding RF LSC signals. Since the ASC model is running at 2kHz sampling, we moved the ASC-AS_A_RF45 WFS block into ascimc which runs at 16kHz. This requires shared memory transceivers for the pitch and yaw signals as well as PCIe transceivers for the SUM signals. The pitch and yaw signals are fed to the ASC model, whereas the SUM signals are fed to the LSC and OMC models. In the process, we also removed all other traces of the AS AIR PDs. Sadly, assimc now suffers from a strange compilation error...
