CO2X faulted out due to a chiller issue. I suspect the pzt servo control loop, as the integrator seems to do a weird count up issue and eventually try to set the chiller set point too high and cause the chiller to exceed its limit and shutdown. Both CO2X and Y are doing this. For now that control loop is shutoff.

Also, the CO2X power monitor isn't working correctly and is showing a 20.9 A with a ~0 V reading on the laser, but a quick check on the power supply shows 28V and ~0.7A reading which is consistent with the laser on standby.
