Patrick covered from 20:52 - 22:45.  Activities for latter part of shift:

  • 20:58 Elizabeth leading tour out of control room
  • 21:09 Corey and Nico to HAM6, in vacuum cabling, cover on septum window
    • 22:40 Corey out
  • 21:48 Peter to H2 diode room enclosure to look for hardware
  • 22:01 Peter back. Going to H1 diode room.
  • 22:03-22:14 Terry to squeezer bay
  • 22:12 Mark to EX, moving FFUs around with snorkel lift
  • 22:32 Gerardo to MY
  • 22:45 Back from ETMy SUS work (Travis, Betsy)
  • 22:46 MY work done for Ken
  • 22:47 Tuning Bounce Roll Dampers, BRDs, in the Vacuum Prep Lab (short break during Site Weekly Meeting)(kissel)
  • 22:57 Large Dust counts observed at EX.  Eventually tracked this down to most likely the Manlift being moved in to the VEA and/or it being charged right next to Dust Monitor #1 in the VEA.  Bartlett investigated and noted an odor in the area of the Manlift (which was being charged) & also only seeing "1Amp" on the charger.  We decided to unplug it.  Still not conclusive if it was having both doors open or the charging which caused the large counts.  We will look into this tomorrow.  Bubba was contacted about this and we will coordinate/monitor charging with Mark D.
  • 23:50 Optics Lab work (Sheila)
