Last time this was done was May!  Charged up many but only because they were below mid point of nominal range.  There were two schraeder valve stems on Pump Station accumulators that were replaced.  One was completely hosed and holding no charge when found.  The second was sitting below nominal but not zero.  It would take no nor bleed any charge.  Both worked fine with new valve stems.  All systems functional after completion.
