TCS as left at the end of the day:
- both lasers are off
- both chiller servos are off
- both chiller setpoints are set to 20.2C
- both laser temperatures are stable and at acceptable temperatures (TCSX = 19.6C, TCSY = 21.6)
- SDF safe and Observe need to be updated
