I modified the dog clamps on 3 of the 4 PMC feet that hold the PMC to the PSL table.  The 4th foot attachment point is located between the ISS and the PMC, and will be addressed at a later date.

For 3 of the 4 feet:

• as found: I unscrewed a few of the dog clamps with a long straight ball driver
• now: all screws tightened with an angled allen key
• as found: 5 of 6 dog clamp bolts had only a couple threads into the PSL table
• now: swapped for longer bolts
• as found: 1" dog clamps were angled up toward the contact point with the PMC foot
• now: adjusted the screw to angle the dog clamp down toward the contact point
• additional hardware installed: added an up side down dog clamp that is in contact with the foot, positioned to prevent any lateral movement
