OPS Morning Update:
- IMC is unlocked
- PSL FSS and ISS are locked
- front end issues, see Dave's alog, Jaimie's alog
- VerbalAlarms will not run without connecting to channels at EY that are currently unavailable
- wind has bee over 40mph for the last 3 hours, and currently the wind is between 15mph and 45mpg
