Attached are plots of the flow rates from the flow meters (old channels) and from the TCS chillers (new channels, through RS232). Breakdown of performance is:
- TCSX: flowmeter flow:
- flow without glitches is 3gpm
- no downward glitches
- upward glitches to values above 8gpm,
- upward glitches are 30+ data points wide, full data (on last plot, black squares every 10 data points)
- TCSY: flowmeter flow:
- flow without glitches is 3gpm
- downward glitching continue, episodes are consistent with the historic glitches that are being investigated
- upward glitches to values above 4.5gpm
- upward glitches are 40+ data points wide, full data (on last plot, red circles every 10 data points)
- TCSX: chiller RS232 flow:
- flow without glitches is 3.7gpm
- downward glitches to values around 1.6gpm
- downward glitches are 150+ data points wide, full data (on last plot, blue plus signs every 10 data points)
- no upward glitches
- TCSY: chiller RS232 flow:
- flow without glitches is 3.8gpm
- no downward glitches
- no upward glitches
